Phil (Paul Sidhu) hasn’t admitted to himself that he hates his job as a lawyer, his fancy loft apartment, and his overbearing fiancee/boss (Alice Coulthard). But when he starts learning how to box from a new neighbor (Griff Furst) and meets a female boxer (Magda Apanowicz), he finds the strength to stand up for himself and start making some changes in his life.
